This permission is completely optional, and the app will continue to function smoothly if you decline it. (Permissions: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION).
• Camera and Photos: We request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload community images, register visitor images, and manage profiles.
• Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account, visitor arrivals, community updates, or app features.

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the app, such as your native actions that are integral to the app, including device information, operating system, and app interactions.

• Manage user accounts, roles (e.g., Guard, Community Admin), and security.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging strictly for the purpose of sending push notifications. We collect your device's FCM token and store it securely on our servers to enable this feature.
• External Mapping Applications: The app may use your coordinates to open external mapping applications (like Google Maps) to display community locations.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. Specifically, visitor logs and visitor images are guaranteed to be available within the app for a period of 6 months. After 6 months, this data is either permanently deleted from our active systems or securely archived solely for future audit and compliance purposes.

You can permanently delete your account directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account and selecting the delete account option. Alternatively, you can contact us to request the deletion of your information.

While the app functions simply as a digital register for visitor management and does not contain age-inappropriate features, we require users to be at least 18 years of age to use the app. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
