By accessing and using the kHomes visitor management application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
kHomes is a visitor management application designed for residential complexes and gated communities. The App provides the following services:
- Visitor Entry Management: Digital visitor registration and tracking
- Visitor Notifications: Real-time notifications to residents about visitor arrivals
- Visitor Approval System: Resident approval/rejection of visitor requests
- Visitor Image Capture: Photo documentation of visitors (upcoming feature)
- Pre-approved Pass System: QR code-based visitor passes (upcoming feature)
3. User Types and Registration
3.1 User Categories
- Residents: Homeowners/tenants living in the society
- Security Guards: Personnel responsible for visitor management
- Visitors: Individuals visiting residents
- Admins: Society administrators with management privileges
- Chairman: Society chairman with highest level permissions
3.2 Registration Requirements
To use the App, you must register by providing:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Email address
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information.
4. User Permissions and Privileges
4.1 Admin and Chairman Privileges
- Approve home assignment requests
- Update society structure and layout
- Add and remove security guards
- Access to additional management features as developed
4.2 Resident Permissions
- Receive visitor notifications for their home
- Approve or reject visitor requests
- Manage visitor preferences
4.3 Security Guard Permissions
- Enter visitor details
- Select home numbers for visitor requests
- Receive approval/rejection notifications
- Scan QR codes for pre-approved passes (upcoming feature)
5. Approval Workflow
The visitor approval process works as follows:
- Security guard enters visitor details and selects home number
- Request is sent to all residents of that home who have opted for notifications
- Any resident can approve or reject the request
- Security guard is notified of the decision
- If no resident responds, the request remains pending
6. Data Collection and Privacy
6.1 Information We Collect
- Registration information (name, email, phone number)
- Visitor details (name, purpose of visit, vehicle information)
- Visitor images (when feature is implemented)
- Approval/rejection records
- Usage patterns and app interactions
6.2 Data Retention
Visitor data retention periods will be determined after app launch based on operational requirements and user feedback. We will notify users of any changes to retention policies.
6.3 Third-Party Sharing
We do not share visitor records with third parties except:
- When required by government authorities for investigation purposes
- When legally mandated by court orders or subpoenas
- To protect the safety and security of residents and the community

7.3 Payment Terms
If payment is not made after service expiry, the particular paid service will cease to function. Free services will continue to be available.

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the App only for legitimate visitor management purposes
- Respect the privacy and safety of all users
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized access
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Share false or misleading visitor information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
10. Limitation of Liability
Keshav Enterprise shall not be liable for:
- Any incidents or issues caused by approved visitors
- System downtime or technical failures
- Unauthorized access to user accounts due to user negligence
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Security and Data Protection
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Secure data storage
- Regular security updates
- Access controls and authentication
However, no system is completely secure, and you use the App at your own risk.
12. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Update these Terms at any time
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change pricing for paid services
- Add new features and services
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Fail to pay for paid services
- Pose a security risk to other users
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
